Banks, and I am a licensed attorney who has been fighting the insurance companies for over 27 years on behalf of clients just like you. I began my legal career in New York City as an attorney’s assistant handling personal injury cases at a prominent law firm. Early on, I became personally involved with the clients, their concerns about their injuries, their loss of time from work, and how their situations affected their families. That’s when I knew that I wanted to become an attorney. After completing my Bachelor of Arts degree at Hofstra University in New York, I obtained my paralegal certification through the American Bar Association at Adelphi University. In 1983, I became licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court for the State of Florida, with my Juris Doctorate degree from Nova University Law School in 1983.

Practicing law has always been an extremely challenging, yet fulfilling and rewarding career. My law firm handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, slip and falls as well as general negligence matters.
